Value for money was excellent, especially considering the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and Luigi, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

My stay at this place was absolutely mind-blowing! The 8 people room was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. The living room was warm and cozy, providing all the amenities one could ask for. The staff was super helpful, assisting me with finding the bus and bus station to explore the nearby Boccadasse area. They even helped me locate some items that I had accidentally left behind. I am definitely planning to come back again soon!
